Dr. Chaudhuri is a Microbiologist with her primary research interest in biomarker discovery and validation. She focuses majorly in developing platforms and products in point-of-care format in the field of diagnostics for infectious and life-style related diseases. Dr. Chaudhuri holds a Ph.D. degree in Microbiology from National Institute of Cholera and Enteric Diseases (NICED), Kolkata and has done her post-doctoral work from Medical Microbiology and Immunology from University of Alberta, Canada. She has also worked in leading biopharmaceutical companies in India prior to join as a research faculty in CBD, THSTI She is also exploring highly efficient protein expression in Pichia pastoris and utilizing it for high yield process optimization for diagnostics reagents.

Dr. Tiwari is an accomplished Biochemist, with research interest in protein engineering technologies for designing new class of scaffolds and synthetic antibodies for therapeutics and diagnostics use. He received his Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, India. He holds Post-doctoral research experience from AIIMS, New Delhi, India and also from Wayne State University, Michigan, USA. Dr. Tiwari has specialization in generating novel antibody binders for various pathogens to improve diagnosis and effective therapy using phage display in conjunction with high-throughput screening and sequencing.
Dr. Kumar is a Research Faculty in Center for Bio-design & Diagnostics at THSTI Faridabad. He obtained his M.Sc in Biotechnology from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India and his Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Biotechnology from NICB, Dublin City University, Ireland where he also did Post-doctoral work and followed up at Institute of Applied Microbiology (IAM), BOKU, Austria.
Dr. Kumar’s focus is on discovery and development of potential biomarkers for early-diagnosis of life-style related diseases and infectious diseases using OMICS-based approach. He focuses on developing efficient, high-quality, affordable diagnostic tools for early-diagnosis, and cell line development for recombinant protein (antigen and/or antibody) production for use in the bioprocessing industry.
Dr. Shubhangini did her Ph.D. in Bioremediation. Specifically, she has expertise in bacterial isolation and identification, host-pathogen & micro-environment interaction with an innovative mindset.
